Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an approach that encompasses the mind and body in order to restore balance and well-being. This traditional Chinese method, practiced for centuries, has many benefits for physical and mental health.
Cupping therapy
Chinese cupping is part of a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that has been around for over 2000 years. They are traditionally used to stimulate blood circulation, lymph, and energy in the body. They are known for their analgesic, decongestant, draining, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying effects, etc.
Moxibustion
Stimulation of acupuncture points by heat. This is produced by the combustion of a dried herb, mugwort. Moxibustion is a method of applying heat to specific areas of the skin. It is an ancestral practice that, in general, allows Qi (energy) and blood to circulate and activate in the meridians.
